Thinking About a Chemical Peel Treatment?

Are you considering a chemical peel to treat a particular skin condition or to just improve the overall look of your skin? Do you have concerns about the treatment?  There are many myths about chemical peels.  First, a peel does not have to be painful or make your face look red until the peeling has completed.  Second, people with sensitive skin do not have to avoid chemical peels, and third, peels are not just for people with severe skin conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation and deep wrinkles.  Here at Suite 103 Aesthetics and Color Studio, we use PCA Skin chemical peels which are highly effective peels that safely treat all skin types and conditions.   PCA peels typically cause little to no discomfort, minimal visible exfoliation and your skin will be glowing and healthy following the treatment.  Upon a skin evaluation, our certified aesthetician will choose a peel that is suitable for your skin type along with the appropriate corrective serums which will be added to the skin following the peel.  PCA’s peels have a blend of ingredients including trichloroacetic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, salicylic acid, resorcinol and a variety of melanogenesis inhibitors including kojic acid and arbutin. We will send you home with a post peel kit which is to be used 3 to 4 days following your treatment.  Fall is great time to start a peel regimen so put your fears aside and be assured you will love how your skin looks after a peel!
