Considering a Retinol to improve your skin?

Retinol, also know as Vitamin A is a very common  and effective anti-aging product used for fighting acne, diminishing the look of fine lines and wrinkles, improving surface skin tone and texture, and improving discoloration from past breakouts and sun damage (brown spots).  Vitamin A also boosts collagen production and cell turnover and blocks the effects of the sun that break down existing collagen.  Your doctor can prescribe a retinoid or tretinoin cream like Retin-A, Tazorac or Renova. Prescription strength retinols can be drying and can result in red, irritated and flaking skin, especially for those with sensitive skin. Professional lower strength retinol products have come a long way and can be just as effective without the often side effects of prescription retinols.  Retinols are nighttime treatments and a minimum of an SPF30 should be used daily when on a retinol regimen.
At Suite 103 Aesthetics, we use a professional 0.5% pure retinol from PCA Skin.  PCA has 3 pure professional retinols to accommodate a variety of skin types and conditions.  At Suite 103 Aesthetics we always offer a free skin analysis and consultation to our Clients to determine the most appropriate and beneficial products and treatments to address their individual skin care needs.  Which retinol is best for you?  Below is a summary of the PCA retinol products designed to address a variety of skin conditions.
